The happiest I have been was when I was taking French lessons mid-day, working as a senior software engineer remotely, subscribing to Bloomberg and watching their content (especially WEF), and reading books (although I felt I hit a troubling patch having read, Davos Man, The End of Reality and The Anxious Generation).
And going for runs outside and exercising however I can.
There is a speed to how American video jumps around that is getting worse. And I write many outlets do not do it.
