For learning a foreign language, there is no better spot to find a tutor or simply someone to practice with than Italki.
I have taken over 100 lessons with Gaelle Sanesti-Sachez in order to become fluent in French.
Italki offers a way to do video conferencing, much like Skype or Zoom. And I think it behooves them to build something that will record the audio, transcribe it and create some sort of synopsis or list of new vocabulary and grammar structures.
I know they have something built already, though I have never used it.
