Could you imagine a whole worldwide effort being coordinated in a Github Repo?

I can to some extent, although I suppose it is somewhat impersonal.

I myself think it would be just right, in fact I like how software can become data and text and images.

To be sure, this is just me writing.

I often think up applications because as you can imagine with artificial intelligence our potential applications grew.

I am thinking about creating news ways to learn or communicate.

For example, I was thinking about an application for a talkshow that would allow the people watching the live talkshow to interact, like asking questions or giving their opinions.

I think there would be many interesting discussions and would give people a way to interact that is more than the comment section.

This could flourish, like the sites where people had there links.

I could build something like a voice-recorder application that has options for each recording to do something with AI, like language correction, or answering a question.

It could be very sleek and built with React Native and Expo or Next.js.

I suppose I should use an agentic service that could build out the whole thing for me, so that I would have an MVP right away. Think Replit or Cursor or Claude Code.

I use Github Copilot.

I think for any sort of MVP or prototype there is no denying that an AI coding platform is the way to go.

Often there is boilerplate, so often there is a starting point.

With AI, we can now easily step into the realm of a unique application.

I know this may sound cocky but I already built “The Application.”

I know that is big talk.

There is certainly more to add to it.

I would love for it to be a mobile app. But that could be done by someone else, using AI.

I have other application ideas, too.

I never know if people are telling me to stop working. I love having things spelled out.

I kind of felt dejected when I tried to share my language-learning application with people when most did not give it the time of day (and yet many did).

I was surprised how few people became users.

Or rather, to put it differently, the number of people who could use it and benefit is far more than the actual number of people who do, meaning the people who I show the app and bounce off or rather never bookmark it.

The thing about language learning that was so hard was that so many folks are learning English. Once you get over that, though, it is nice that they are learning English.
