I want to know how far away most people hold the phone. Much like the book, it is better to keep it near your lap or belly button.

Somehow they got rid of the auxiliary plug and now I have an adapter that extends at my stomach.

I think we temp people to get closer and closer.

Ever-changing screen sizes and different modes, whether that is desktop, mobile, or immersion.

The light from the screen is not bad in my opinion.

The content itself is likely keeping people up more than blue light.

Winters are blue for sure, so is water, the beloved sky and many flowers and birds.
